Building on her two decades of experience in advertising, PR, promotion, and event marketing, Michelle is keenly attuned to the ever-changing media universe. Much of her time today is focused on researching ways to tap the full potential of new and emerging media to develop seamless multichannel campaigns that yield complete consumer engagement.
Michelle is a fierce social media advocate who is committed to the positive development of our community. She serves on the boards of directors for The Arc Foundation of Monroe County and Flower City Habitat for Humanity. In 2010, she received the Annette Itkin Volunteer of the Year award and is a member of the class of 2007 “Forty Under 40″ as awarded by the Rochester Business Journal.
